I bought this gift for my brother. It looks like a watch that costs what it retails for. I just got it for him, so can't say much on the durability, but it is a solid piece, so I'm not so worried.

Decided on the black version. Overall, it's an excellent watch if you're backpacking or camping. The photo is deceiving the black version has gold marking instead of white. I prefer white though....
